Mark a copy as sold

Record a sale with its price, fees and shipping, and Holofile works out your realized profit.

Updated

  1. On Collection, long-press the item and tap Mark as sold, or swipe and tap Sold. You can also set a copy’s status to Sold in its editor.
  2. Enter what it Sold for.
  3. Pick where it sold. For the marketplaces Holofile lists, it fills in their usual fees, which you can change. Local and Trade have no fees.
  4. Add Shipping if you paid it, the Sold on date and, if you like, the Buyer.
  5. Check Net payout and Realized profit, and save.

Realized profit

Realized profit is what you got for the copy after fees and shipping, minus what you paid for it. You’ll see it on the item once every copy has sold, and as Realized on Stats.

If a copy has no price paid, Holofile can’t work out its profit, so it’s left out of the totals. Add the price paid in the copy’s editor to count it.

Changed your mind?

Open the sale and tap Not sold to put the copy back in your collection.

Cards you trade away are recorded as sold too. See Check a trade and record it.
