Multi-scan a pile of cards
Scan a stack of cards one after another, or a whole binder page in one photo, and add them all at once.
Multi-scan is part of Holo10. Everyone gets 3 free multi-scans to try, and a session only counts once it adds at least one card.
Scan a pile
- Tap + and switch from Single to Multi at the top.
- Put a pile of cards under the camera. Holofile reads the top card. Take it off, and the next card down is read as a new one. You don’t need to tap anything between cards.
- Tap Done, or swipe up on the tray, to review.
- Cards marked Check need a look. Tap any card to change it or its condition.
- Tap Add all.
Cards you already own are listed apart in the review, under You own these, where Leave these out skips them.
If a card you already scanned comes back, Holofile offers + Add a copy. To count it again without asking, go to Settings → Scanner → When a card shows up again and choose Add automatically.
Scan a binder page
In Multi, the binder page button takes one photo of a whole page and finds every card on it. Check the cards marked Check, then add them with the rest.
While ripping a pack
Cards you scan during a rip are logged as that pack’s pulls. See Rip a pack and log your pulls.
After your free multi-scans
When the free sessions are used, tapping Multi offers Holo10. Single scans stay free and unlimited. See What’s included in Holo10.
