Price alert notifications aren’t arriving
Check that price alerts and iOS notifications are on, and how Holofile’s daily price alerts work.
Price alerts are Holofile’s only notifications, and they come with Holo10.
Check these
- Price alerts are on: Settings → Notifications → Price alerts.
- iOS allows them: if Settings → Notifications shows iOS notifications as Off, tap it, tap Notifications, and turn on Allow Notifications. If it says Not on yet, tap it and turn alerts on.
- Holo10 is active: without it, alerts show Paused, needs Holo10. See Restore your Holo10 purchase.
- The alert is set: open the card’s Price alert and check the target.
How alerts work
Prices update once a day. Holofile checks each day’s price on your iPhone when it arrives and sends one notification when a price crosses your target. Then it waits for the price to cross back before alerting again, so the same alert doesn’t repeat every day.
