Delete your account

1. Open Settings (the gear on the Trainer tab) → Account → Delete account.
2. Read what will be deleted and tap Continue.
3. Tap Delete account to confirm. This can’t be undone.

What’s deleted

From our servers, right away:

• your Holofile account and its sign-ins
• its Cloud sync copy of your collection
• your backed-up photos
• the email address linked to your account’s purchases

What stays

• Your collection stays on your iPhone. To clear the phone too, use Settings → Data → Delete all data, or delete the app.
• Holo10 isn’t cancelled. Cancel a subscription in your Apple Account: see Cancel or change your Holo10 plan.
• Share links stay up, because they aren’t tied to your account. Delete them first in Settings → Data → Shared links.
